A 60 year old beachfront villa, with mid century architectural influence.

The job was to renovate and transition the villa into a contemporary design home with the amenities and comfort of a brand new residence. The complex is now located inside Chileno Bay high-end development and preserves it ́s traditional rustic feel.
The new addition features: master bedroom, honey-moon suite, five guest-bedrooms, kids ́ headquarters with bunkroom and the owner ́s cottage with 2 bedrooms and its own common areas. A stunning new infinite pool and a palapa with mezzanine overlooking the Sea of Cortes were also included as part of the new additions, as well as a care-taker unit.
